We wanted a highly intelligent, flexible packaging system for use in the cleanroom as well as an equally intelligent solution for the hinged blister – and that is exactly what we got.
Individually configured KOCH blister machine in the ISO 7 cleanroom for the production of the Komet Zero standard – with integrated product feed, leaflet dispenser, and labeler.
Intelligent folding blister for up to 40,000 items without tool changes – with Tyvek® sealing material for subsequent sterilization and immediate use in practice.
The blister packs are delivered in transparent, stackable hard boxes – the product designation is clearly legible both in vertical and horizontal storage.
