If a component is defective and you would like to have it repaired, please submit your request first via spare-parts@koch-pac-systeme.com an. If a repair is possible, please send us the defective component. For the return note, please refer to question 1. After a thorough inspection, we will provide a quotation for the repair costs. Once the repair has been completed successfully, we will return the component to you for further use.

The SparePartsManager is an application that allows you to view your individual packaging machine down to assembly level. The assembly drawings are also available there. Using a shopping cart, you can send a non binding quotation request directly to our spare parts team. You will receive the quotation by email at the address provided in your request. You can find the SparePartsManager on our website. Every customer receives their individual access credentials from us.
