Industrial Clerk (m/f/d)

Purchasing goods, preparing shipping documents, recording financial transactions, planning marketing activities, or working in the HR department: industrial clerks are employed in a variety of roles. During the training, the fundamentals of business administration are taught and it is demonstrated how processes within the company are interconnected. During the apprenticeship, trainees gain experience in various departments such as purchasing, logistics, marketing, sales and service, as well as in finance, accounting, and human resources. This provides a comprehensive understanding of the company and a solid foundation to find the right area of employment after graduation.

Requirements: Good secondary school diploma and interest in commercial processes

Duration of vocational training: 3 years, 2.5 years with very good performance

Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

Exciting insights into warehouse operations are provided within the company. Tasks include receiving goods as well as checking them for completeness and possible damage. Proper storage is ensured and inventory levels are continuously monitored. By assisting with inventories, order picking, and shipping processing, you actively contribute to smooth operations. In addition, trainees support the optimization of internal processes and help make workflows more efficient.

Requirements: Good secondary school diploma, technical understanding as well as physical resilience and ability to work in a team

IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)

The focus is on the planning, configuration, and implementation of IT systems. The range of tasks includes, among other things, installing and setting up hardware components, operating systems, and networks according to individual customer requirements. In addition, application problems and malfunctions are analyzed and resolved, with close contact to customers. A confident demeanor is just as important as the competent handling of experts and diagnostic systems.

IT Specialist for Data and Process Analysis (m/f/d)

The development of machine learning systems, analysis of processes and data to optimize digital business processes, and integration of new digital business models – these are the main focuses of this job profile. In addition to supporting the selection, management, design, and further development of the applications used, this also includes coordinating external service providers and supporting specialist departments. Analytical thinking skills and a logical, structured approach to problem-solving are required here.

Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)

The range of tasks is diverse and includes the production of device parts and assemblies for machines and production facilities, as well as their installation or modification. Monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes is just as much a part of everyday work as the early detection and correction of machine faults. In addition, regular maintenance activities are carried out for customers, and suggestions for increasing productivity are developed, for example by modernizing system components.

The term mechatronics combines the three disciplines of mechanics, electronics, and computer science. Accordingly, the subject areas are diverse. These include, among others, measuring and testing electrical and mechanical values, programming mechatronic systems, as well as assembling and maintaining machines. In addition, the installation and commissioning of hardware and software components are also part of the job.

Electronics Technician for Automation Technology (m/f/d)

Installing, configuring, and programming the automation and operating systems of our equipment are among your tasks, as well as analyzing functional relationships and processes in automated procedures. You work independently and adhere to technical regulations. During your training, you will learn how to plan, assemble, and connect electrical circuits so that everything functions correctly afterwards. You will also gain experience in digital technology, control technology, automation technology, power converter technology, and with PLC controls.

Requirements: Good secondary school diploma as well as technical and mathematical understanding

Duration of vocational training: 3.5 years, 3 years with very good performance

Areas of application and activity: Electrical assembly, commissioning, or service of our packaging machines

Vocational training projects

Completely dismantling an old pinball machine, redesigning and building the cabinet and mechanical parts, replacing circuit boards and connectors, equipping the playfield and cabinet with new displays illustrated especially for KOCH, designing lighting effects: these are just a few examples of the exciting projects that trainees from various professions work on together over an extended period. Since completion, the KOCH pinball machine and the KOCH foosball table have had a permanent place in the training workshop and are eagerly played during breaks.
